Bree and Jay
I know I haven't mentioned it lately, but I'm still working on our baby girl's wedding next May. I spend part of every day investigating possibilities. Wow! You can get lost looking at wedding websites and bridal magazines. There is soooooo much information out there! Which is good. And bad. My head is spinning. And I'm using lots of eye drops too. LOL
Don't forget to send me any ideas you see or hear about. I'm "all ears".
Hugs and kisses,
Kat

I read a lot of photography blogs, including some amazing wedding photographers. The wedding photography sites not only show off their amazing photography, but also can provide quite a bit of inspiration for your own wedding! I wish I would have had that resource before my own wedding as I have seen some gorgeous and very original ideas. I would have done things so much differently now!
Some of my favorite wedding photographers are Jessica Claire, Jasmine Starr, Melissa Jill, James Christianson. And I probably could give you a ton more if you wanted!
Good luck!
that's a photo that says "he adores her!!" very good, very good indeed!!
That is going to be one beautiful wedding, and I'm SO glad we're getting to be a part of the journey!! (((hugs)))
I think she should put those boots on under her dress at the reception for a cute photo:)

Girl I feel sorry for you. I get a new daughter-in-law this weekend. they are going to Texas nothing big.
Rian comes in July ad he is getting married in my dads back yard. She is kinda funny about things so im letting her do it!
Im lucky huh?
How romantic when a guy kisses your hand. *sigh* Isn't true love grand. You should know, right? You and George are good role models. xxoo
Are you still on Facebook? Tracey had pictures of her brother's wedding which was on the beach. Instead of a unity candle, they each poured colored sand into a vase. Kinda neat.
I'm sure Bree's wedding will be beautiful! I think they are just the cutest couple!
Beautiful couple!! Thanks for sharing. Without a doubt it will be a wonderful wedding, can't wait to hear and see the progress. You are awesome!
Love,
Mary
So funny that I was standing in this same spot just today:) When my daughter got married, we only had four months. I was petrified at first, but it worked out perfectly. Hubby and I just made up our minds that we were going to do whatever we could to "relax" and enjoy the experience. And, we did! I hope you do as well.
What a darling couple.
She looks like you... at least from the photos. I have not met either of you in person.
I hope that all of the wedding plans run along smoothly.
I have one daughter married... one to go. One son married... one to go. Although both of the unmarried are attached to someone... time will tell.

Wedding planning is so much fun!! My daughter and I had such a great time working on her wedding, although she knew what she wanted and I mostly just nodded my head and said "that is great". I have a very independent daughter, but she made some wonderful choices and her wedding was so beautiful. Don't get caught up in all the wedding hype. You can have a gorgeous wedding and not spend a fortune. You don't have to have everything that you see in the Bridal magazines. There were a lot of things we did ourselves too. Lauren printed the wedding programs on her computer. We just bought real nice cardstock and printed them ourselves. It seems a bit much at first, but things begin to fall into place and you will be amazed at how much you will enjoy all the planning and preparation. I think I told you this earlier, but I just went along with things for Lauren's wedding, because it was her wedding, not mine. I wanted her to be happy. She knew what our budget was and she was mindful of that. I am so glad that your blogging friends will get to hear all about the wedding plans. I just love weddings. In fact, at the beauty shop today, I looked at a wedding magazine. Have a great day! Love & blessings from NC!
They are just too cute!!!
This wedding is going to be wonderful. I'm looking forward to "watching from the sidelines" as it comes together. Thank you for allowing me this honor.
I know you are having so much fun. I so much enjoyed planning my three girls weddings and they were all different. The good news is we still have one more to go. I'm so glad you are back to blogging and we all get to be in on your fun.
I agree with #1...a great Photographer is the best money spent!! I asked a friend to walk around the Church and reception hall before the ceremony began and take pictures of 'details', all those things we AGONIZED over for so many months. Candles, flowers, food, pew bows, well you know what I mean. 5 yrs later we laugh at how crazy we were about the details, but still enjoy how everything turned out so great. Your professionial photographer will be so busy getting great shots of the people and all the action that many of the details will be overlooked.
What an adorable picture. Can't wait for the wedding.
Love those boots!
Good luck sorting through all of that wedding information, it must boggle the mind!
hugs,
Robin
I too just saw a beach wedding event. No unity candle because the wind kept blowing the candle out so the bride had a beautiful glass cylinder half full of white sand and the groom had a beautiful glass cylinder full of black sand the they simultaneously poured the sand into a larger glass cylinder to combine the two and created grey sand to united themselves. It was lovely. Their cylinders were engraved with their names...it was very striking.
What a gorgeous couple. I don't have wedding ideas but I need wedding shower ideas. Hosting one in 5 weeks. I'll be lurking around to see if you mention that subject.
It is so much fun. I am helping a lot with my brother's wedding next month. Bree is so lucky to have you! :)
xoxo
Kat, this is an adorable picture. How can we look at the other photos from the photo shoot on your old blog?
