MONDAY FUN!
***this post was imported over from my other blog Beachkat/Starting Over****
We took the kids to see the 3D Disney/Pixar movie UP this afternoon. What fun! Click here to watch a trailer. We had a great time.

The girls love to take "funny face" photos.
Every night we take a golf cart ride with Miss Daisy. The kids usually want to sing out loud as we ride but were exhausted tonight. We played in the pool all morning and then went for ice cream (of course) at Cold Stone Creamery before the movie. Sydney fell asleep on the golf cart ride and I had to carry her in and put her right into bed. Granddad and I are pretty tired too. LOL

Michael and Anna took Arianna to see Up and just raved about it...I can't wait to go see it myself...of course I'll have to take Arianna so I can get in without odd looks! Great shots of the kids as usual...hope your summer is going well!

What a fun day you had!! I heard that UP was really good. I love icecream at Cold Stone! My favorite is banana! Your grandchildren are so adorable!!! I know you are having the best time with them this week. Enjoy!
Love & blessings from NC!
Kat,
Sounds like you and George and the grandchildren are having a great time. We just had our three granddaughters for eleven days. They are 6, 7, and 2. We will see UP when they come at the end of July. Their favorite trip is to the get ice cream, go to Sci-Port a wonderful science museum for children and swimming at Barksdale Air Force Base and helping Meme cook. Oops, forgot to go fishing at their Uncle's pond.
Kat everyone looks so happy. I am so behind on these kinds of movies since no little ones are around. I miss those days of aftenoon matinees. What a wonderful time you are having.
Oh Kat, what precious memories!
Do you think my almost 12 year old son would enjoy that movie? I've seen the advertisments for it and thought it looked cute.
You know your grandchildren have had a great time when they fall asleep on the golf cart! Special memories...great grandparents. I forgot, what do they call you guys?
Awwww, so glad you guys are having so much fun. :)
Looks like y'all are having TOO much fun!!!!
Enjoy,
Kit

Beautiful grandchildren! Nothing like them.
Keeping up with their energy level can be exhausting.
Glad you enjoyed your day.
Those kids are growing like weeds! Sounds like they are wearing you and George out as well... Hang in there!
hugs,
Robin
That movie looks like a blast! Destiny will love it.
The grandkids are so precious.
Fun photos, Kat!! What a great time you all are having!
Beautiful grandchildren! Nancy from OHIO
I sure enjoy your visits with the children and grandchildren. Reminds me of good times when I grew up going to a rented beach house on the gulf down here with parents, grandmother, aunts and uncles for a week of fun! I am sure your grandkids will have these wonderful memories the rest of their lives.
Hi Kat!
I also took my youngest, Katelyn (12) to see UP on Monday afternoon! We both LOVED it and there were several times when tears escaped our eyes and I could hear Katelyn going "awwww" - feeling sorry for Carl! She is very tenderhearted towardly elderly people so you can imagine how his heartaches touched her. (My sweet-hearted girl)
Sounds like you all made lots of good, fun memories. They may be going home but they'll tuck these memories away in their hearts forever!
Rest up!
Hugs
Lynn
Your grandchildren make me smile with their funny faces. I know you, George and even Miss Daisy are having lots of fun with them. Thanks for making my day full of smiles looking at your pictures. xxoo

And Coldstone is always a good idea! : )
Love,
Sue, who thinks your grandchildren are just adorable!
