Okay, can anyone explain this? Losing just 5 measly pounds has made me feel like shopping? My clothes are fitting a bit better and I'm feeling better. I haven't lost anything in the last few days though. I felt so puny that I kinda/sorta "fell off the wagon" for a couple of days, but I'm back on it again. Anyway, for some reason, I've got the shopping bug. And that's not good. After tennis this morning (brrrrrrr 36 degrees!) and then lunch with the Tuesday Lunch Bunch, I went SHOPPING! And everywhere I went, I saw something I wanted. I refrained....well most of the time.
Just remember ladies.....
~~~~~~(Okay all you northern blog friends can stop laughing now at my remark about 36 degrees being so cold. Here in Florida, that's COLD! And they're predicting it to be in the 20s at night later this week.)

Yes, I've been to Orlando in the Winter and it is cold, but warm to us Northerners. We're going down to like 10 degrees the next few days and we're hoping for no wind to accompany it. OMG! Don't want to experience THAT again! Cold wind here cuts through any kind of layer you wear. Might have to wear socks to bed. Brrr! xxoo
Shopping Fever has been the downside to my weight loss. I'm a beast...as soon as I so much as see a Belk sign or a Kohl's sign or a JCPenney sign or...well, you get the picture...my eyes start glowing and my wallet starts groaning. I can't seem to help myself. lol I. MUST. SHOP.
Oh well...I guess there are worse habits. I could be slamming back a shot glass of tequila everytime I have success on the scales. LOL

I haven't had the shopping bug for quite some time and I like it that way. But even a 5 lb. weight loss needs to be rewarded, right? 20 degrees for you folks IS very cold, I know. We're going to be at zero before the week's end.
I hear ya! It is suppose to be 11 here Sat. night. I'll have to stay inside else my blood will freeze. I've had the shopping bug too, and it's made it really hard b/c I can't ever seem to finish putting stuff away! Thanks for putting me on your blog! Hope you will feel better. You WOULD THINK all of the germs would be dead in this COLD weather!

Love any reason to shop, although I will be joining the diet train tomorrow! We spent the day on the beach in beautiful 74 degrees, and I'm feeling summer just around the corner! Yikes... and yes my dear anything under 60 degrees is COLD!

36 degrees is cold here in So. California too! It was 84 here today! Our weather is so crazy. Tomorrow will probably be 50 degrees. I'm not complaining though. Congrats on the 5lbs. Connie

Hey, I think 36 is cold ANYWHERE! However, it is 19 here, so yeah, we're feeling it a bit more.

Oh Kat, I'm sorry but I laughed @ 36 degrees :(, we are going to 0 on Friday with a windchill factor of 20 or so below...it has not been this cold since Jan 2005...you can bet my butt will be right next to the wood stove, I won't even venture out to the hot tub, which hubby and I love so much on a cold Winter's evening!!

You are a woman after my own heart. The best thing to say is "I have had this forever". I agree that 36 is cold. We are expecting single digit temps in a couple of days. That is the lowest in 6 years! I dread it!
That is cold for you all! That means my sweet Sil gets to wear a sweater this week- ha! :) I want to go shopping with you when we go to Destin this year. We have to meet up. :))

It's cold here today too...
It is cold here in the Sunshine State!!! But not too cold to go shopping. Trying on new clothes always warms me up in a hurry...especially new shoes!!!
