MUCH BETTER THANK YOU

Thanks for your sweet comments. I felt much better today. I took another 3 hour nap yesterday and then slept 10 hours last night. I guess my body just needed some down time. I played tennis this morning and then spent the rest of the day at home doing thrilling things like laundry and ironing. LOL

Tonight we had dinner at PF Changs with Jack & Linda and Linda & Dick. Yummy!

Hugs and kisses,
Kat

Never been to PF Changs...we are by there everytime we go to the doctor. Just never think about sticking around till dinnertime.

Cute photo! I have heard that when you are doing the high protein/low carb thing seretonin levels can be affected...especially if you are eating REALLY low carb. One thing I've heard is to take a one meal break from the low carb and eat a baked potato with low fat sour cream and or low fat cheese...not the full fat version. It's supposed to crank up the seretonin levels and help you get a little more back in balance. Not sure where I heard it, but it works!

Being tired, how do you end up looking so good all the time? When I'm tired, I look haggard. Glad the naps have been helping. I was doing that too, but have now resigned myself to going to bed earlier every night. Felt great this morning and our supervisor was off today. That helped a lot! :) xxoo
