A 25 CENT BUZZ

The Tuesday Lunch Bunch met today at Commander's Palace in the HarborWalk Village. There were only 5 of us today, which is very unusual. We all agreed that it was kinda nice to have a small group occasionally, so we could chat easily. The food was incredible. And....best of all...they have 25 cent martinis every day for lunch! We all tried their cosmopolitans. Yum-O!

I love this wonderful chandelier hanging from the restaurant lobby over the stairs leading down to their "On The Rocks" bar. Gorgeous.
HarborWalk Village is located right by the Destin Bridge overlooking the water. Beautiful view everywhere you look. There are many shops and restaurants. You can click here to learn more.
As you can see...it was another beautiful day here in "paradise".
~~~~~~
After lunch, I spent hours shopping for our Super Bowl party...supplies for the decorations and the food and drinks. Things are coming together nicely. Now, I just need to get busy. Maybe tomorrow after tennis...I'm pretty pooped tonight. A nice hot bubble bath is calling my name.
Hugs and kisses,
Kat
Thanks for always looking out for us 'landlocked' people here. I can't see any water unless I walk to the Harbor and it's too cold and icy for that right now. Looks like you had a really good time. Thanks for taking us to lunch with you. xxoo
Thanks for allowing us to dream about Paradise as we try to stay warm in NC. At least we aren't getting that ice storm like they are having elsewhere. Your morning sure looked a lot more exciting than being with 3 year olds in pre-school. I can't wait to hear more about your Super Bowl party. You guys will have such a great time! Thanks for sharing your beautiful part of the country with us. Love & blessings!
You all look very happy with your 25 cent cosmopolitans! What beautiful pictures you've shared. I can't wait to see what you decided to do for the super bowl party.
Have a Wonderful Wednesday,
You are making me so jealous. I'm sitting here looking at a "dusting" of snow. Not enough to be worth the trouble it causes....school closed, grocery shelves empty, etc. If it's going to snow, we need a big one!
You're pictures make me want to be there sooo bad! We went to that area when we were there in July, but was that restaurant open? There were alot of places not open yet.
Hi, Kat, glad your SB party plans are coming together. Loved the shots of the beach & your little video. There is nothing wrong with your speaking voice, it's lovely! And yes, another reminder of why you live in paradise. xoxo
I am going to put Destin on my list. I have lived in Florida all my life and I have decided that I want to explore my state. Thanks for the info!
Fun time for 25 cents! Love all of the photos. The water looks like it has diamonds on it. So pretty, my post today was another day in paradise but not quite like this. LOL
Silly me, I didn't know you lived in/near Destin. Oh Lord, that's one of my favorite places on earth...Love the design of the footballs hanging from the rafters! I honestly can't wait to see what you do for the big day! I'm going to a superbowl party also...
