I've been so tired and whimpy feeling today. It might be the low carb thing. I wonder if I called the doctor if he would suggest for me to take 30 M&M's and call him in the morning. LOL! I just know if I had my M&Ms, I'd feel all better. I did get a few chores done around the house this morning, rode my bike, did a little grocery shopping, etc. Now it rainy and dreary and I just can't keep my eyes open. I think a nap is just what I need. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I know how you feel, it's rainy and dreary here too and now this fog has set in also. M & M's sound like a cure to me. LOL Hey but at least you got a bike ride in, that's great!

Make sure you're getting enough protein and water...that should help. I know, cuz I'm on a somewhat restricted diet, due to cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure. They're all under control, between my weightloss and pills.

It is raining here today, too. I think a nap sounds just right!

The weather hit me while I was still out running errands. I think that might dampen the over all effect but I'm with you - rain makes me want to curl up with wine, chocolate, and a good book. When the Wine and chocolate are gone the book serves as a nice buffer between my head and the table - you know I'd really rather be sleeping than reading, right?!?

Some sugar free jello would be just the thing, with a big dab of sugar free kool whip. Hang in there kiddo, you can do it. I'm following the same regime myself, so when I say, "I know, I know", well, I know!

Low carb makes me feel tired later in the day too...not the same kind of tired, though, as too MANY carbs!

Hope you got rested up! I had to reinstall you on my feed. You just were not coming up and I couldn't have that! We have had ice here. Brrrr, very cold.
Yup, that's pretty much what we do around here on Sundays too. Attend Sunday School, then church, then home to eat dinner, clean up dinner and nap. ;)
