My blog friend Tabetha at Reminisce Heirlooms has a sweet list of "bits of happy" on her blog. I loved reading hers and thought it looked like fun, so here is my list ....
*small bites of dark chocolate
*sunsets on the beach, especially in October
*hugs
*soaking in a very warm bath while reading my book
*riding with the convertible top down
*the first sip of coffee in the morning
*playing tennis
*sipping red wine with friends
*snuggling with George and Miss Daisy
*Sunday mornings in church
*getting a pedicure
*good reports from my doctors
*kisses from Miss Daisy
*blogging and receiving comments :-)

You are up late! I'm up waiting for Amanda, she has gone to a midnight bowling birthday party. I hope she gets home soon, my eyelids are mighty heavy! I smile every time I get a pedicure too, my toes are so ticklish!
Precious!
Especially the one which reads "good reports from my doctor"!! *doing the happy dance!*
Enjoyed your bits!!

Feeding a hungry animal...that's my bit of happy...good morning, glad I'm not the only one up at this hour, lol...have a great weekend!

What a fun little list of "bits of happy". I'll try to remember to do that in my next post. It is very sweet. My dearest friend here, next to soon-to-be Mr. Silver Bell is a breast cancer survivor, and I recently told her what a wonderful outlook and attitude she has. She says laughter is what keeps her sane and healthy, next to her faith. I just started playing tennis a couple of months ago and love it. Took lessons years ago, but opted to play hookie instead. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Well, I can give you one now. Here's my comment: You are very intuitive and very perceptive about appreciating the good things in life! So glad to have met you to share in the joy...
Love,
Julie
You always leave such sweet comments on my blog for which I am truly appreciative. May I add your blog as a favorite? Ok, I already have but if you have any objections, let me know!
Kat, I love all the good things you mentioned, except the snuggling with George!
SO very glad to hear you got a good report..I will keep you in my prayers.
You asked about the cake...I use a yellow cake mix, but I'm sure you could use any flavor & wear your new apron while baking the cake.
Kat~ I think this is a perfect example of why we 'connect'. My list would be almost exactly the same.
Substitute Bill & Fancy for George & Miss Daisy, of course!
What great bits of happy! You should participate in the Gratitude Gala...info on my post today.
loved this list! And what a great picture of you in the previous post!
Have a great weekend!
It's those small bits of happiness which keep us going all day long!
Small Bits of Happy.....What a sweet thought. I love that!
What a good thing to spend your time doing.
I enjoyed this! I share many of your "bits!" I think I will do this, too, now that my Giveaway is over and I am back to blogging-along! I did want you to know that I am working on my "100 Things About Me" in honor of my 100th Post– thanks to your suggestion. We will see how this flows.
Have a great day! (It is precipitous here in So. Cal.)

I so enjoyed this today Kat...but I must admit I would have a hard time eating small bits of dark chocolate. I would take a big chunk!
That good report from your doctor was wonderful!! Good reports always!
LOVE the photo...
Hugs,
Sue
I love all your bits of happy. I agree with all of them but I've never played tennis but it looks like it would be fun. Hope you are having a great weekend.
I like this blog. I may have to do one too!
Kat, Loved your list, especially, "soaking in a very warm bath while reading my book" one of my favorite ways to relax.
Hugs, Lyndy
