ANOTHER FUN DAY

George and Eric played golf this morning, Angela took the kids to the beach, and I stayed home to bake brownies and get things organized for a cookout tonight.

Tonight Jack and Linda, Jeanette and Garrett, Barbara and Dick came over and the 13 of us had a good old fashioned American cookout...grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, chips, hashbrown & cheese casserole and then brownies and chocolate ice cream cones. Lots of food and lots of fun. After dinner, the guys played ping pong while the girls did kitchen duty.

FYI...I cheated big time on my low carb plan :-(

We had music playing and we looked around and saw the kids dancing....
So Granddad and Miss Daisy had to join in :-)

What a sweet family time, Kat! I love hearing about it and it makes me slightly want to load up the kids and head down to see my parents!!

Well, who can resist a burger on the grill?! Yummy! It's okay to cheat every once in a while, right? Especially when you're having a wonderful time with friends and family.

I'm enjoying their visit!!! It's fun seeing all the pictures and hearing about all the activities!

Have a great week!

That's precious!
Poor Landon - those girls are going to make his job as big brother hard for the next dozen years...at least!
They are a lovely group of kids (I'm including George and Miss Daisy in that!lol)

FINALLY, I am able to comment! Blogger wouldn't let me this morning. This afternoon I started to comment and the phone rang. Then the door bell rang. I just wanted to let you know that I am thoroughly enjoying the pictures of Eric, Angela and the children. They are so cute and it looks like they are really loving being at your house. What a great time of making memories!
