I tried to lay out for awhile, but when you're too scared in get in the water (darn snakes!), it's almost impossible to just chill out. I did oh so carefully go down the steps and dunk real quick (about every 10 minutes), but even the pool water was warm.
I gave up and decided to do a little shopping. THAT always makes me smile, especially when Stein Mart is having a big sale! Coming home I just couldn't get cool. And then I notice the temperature ~ 100 degrees! And with some humidity, it felt even warmer...and sticky too. (I took the photo with my iPhone when I stopped at a red light.)How's your weekend going?

100 here today too...and every store I went in was so hot...totally exhausted after running errands....keepsing kids tonight while Amanda and Micah have 3rd row seats at a Sugarland concert....Still no OIL?
It was hot and humid in PA too today. I started some serious packing at our Lititz house today. Friends of ours will be buying it in August if all goes as planned.
It has been horrible this year for sure. I think it might be because we had that cold winter and then when it got hot it put us all in shock! I am in Sarasota.
Let's just keep our fingers crossed that the heat is all we have to put up with!
