Mom and Sherry left this morning, so I'm about to do a little blog reading and try to catch. Can't wait to see what all of you have been up to this week.~~~~~~
This morning I followed Mom and Sherry to our favorite bagel shop (Not Just Bagels) for a quick breakfast before they got on the road. Here we are with our friend (and the owner) Pauline. See my tired eyes? These girls have worn me out this week. LOL I miss them already. ~~~~~~
After our goodbyes, I was able to run a few errands and get my manicure/pedicure before the rain came. A good long hard rain! Yeah!The kind of rain that nobody, except maybe a duck, would want to be outside...awww...perfect...a good reason to stay inside and do some blogging in-between laundry, etc.

We almost drove down to the beach with the boys for the day. Glad we didn't since it rained there. :) Sounds like you have had a great few days. I am sure it was so relaxing to sit back and get your nails and toenails done. I love that. Happy day.

I know you are going to miss them, but look how much you have to look forward to on their return! I've been putting off my manicure for days now, too much to do in the garden and I won't have time to sit and have a good cry over a broken nail, lol! With Hound on my shoulder and jumping down on the keyboard every few seconds, it's taken me five minutes to write this!!!

I'm so glad you've had such a fun week with your mom and Sherry! It's so great to have close family that will love on you and take care of you...and best of all, cook and have fun!
I was horrified when I read that comment you received. I've always said that if someone is too much of a coward to sign their name, then their comments aren't worth reading. It is clearly someone who is a very negative person who is miserable and wants everyone else to be miserable too, so they inflict pain and try to infect their negativity. But you're right, tell them to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You're not forcing them to read your blog! Good riddens!
Whew...we've wasted too much time on that already!
We've had some terrible storms through here the past two days too...but like I always say, "a rainy day at the beach, is better than a sunny day anywhere else!"
