Well, another Super Bowl has come and gone. We had a wonderful time, but I'm beyond tired tonight. The party was easy. It's the clean up and undecorating that will get ya. Plus, I had to be on the tennis court at 9AM this morning. I made it...just barely. The bed wasn't made and I didn't have any breakfast though. I'm sure there was enough calories in me from last night to sustain me until this time next week. LOL Plus, it's a good thing I didn't make the bed, because I ended up taking a long nap this afternoon. And I'm still tired.....

One of the guys brought 3D glasses for some of the commercials.
Chicken tortilla soup with cheese, sour cream and chips...it was so yummy

Hot "smokies"...there was a pot full and they went quick
I never got a good photo of all the food on the dining table. Oh.My.Word! There was sooooo much fun. Everything was really good. Every time I thought to take a photo, there was a crowd around the table. I finally just gave up. (The sideboard held the desserts.)
Hmmmmm...I didn't get a single good shot of George and I together. We were both running around like "chickens with our heads cut off", but here's one of him bagging up trash. Again....
One of our friends does the game...not sure what it's called...where you pick a square and take a chance on winning. LOL....see how much I don't know about it all...anyway I won $47.00 at some point for something. I don't know how, don't know why, but hey I was happy to take the money and run.
There was people everywhere! 
I think everyone had a good time, including us.

Sorry the Cards didn't win, but it looks like everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. You sure throw one heck of a party! Glad you invited us along for the view, I had a good time. :) xxoo
Thanks for sharing the party. I had a good time looking at all the food and the decorations and your friends. I had to laugh when you said you were running around like a chicken without a head...Hosting a party is exhausting but it sounds like you still had fun. Let us all know when the next party will be and we will be there in person.

YES...I wanted the Cardinals to win also, but they have nothing to be ashamed of..they played a whale of a game. The pictures from the party were great..sounds like a good time.

How Fun!! I love the football lights. It was a good game. I got home from covering a horse show just in time to crawl in bed with DH and we watched it together.

What great photos. Looks like you had a wonderful party. It must have been interesting with some cheering for one team and some the other. I thought sure the Cardinals had it, then Boom. It was over and they lost. How could that happen? Oh well, maybe next year. The game was sure an interesting one though even for a non-football person like me. Even my daughter was yelling and she's less of a football person than I am.

Your center piece was so clever! It was just hubby,Shane, and I at home Sunday night for the game. Hubby was at the restaurant until about 5:30. He got home just in time for kick-off! but we ate good. I'll probably post the one, sad, little photo tomorrow! hehe
