I was just trying to convince myself to get in a good walk before I talked myself out of it, when I read a friend's e-mail and saw these. I get the message. I'm off to find the stapler and grab my ipod and tennis shoes!
I just hope and pray the Lord keeps me alive till I get through these next couple of months. My time at the gym is getting invaded at every turn. I'll just have to try that staple, I guess!
