Wow! I knew I had not posted in a few days, but I didn't realize it's been a week!
So, here's what I've been doing:
I played tennis with my girls last Monday for the first time in months! And...I did okay. My tennis elbow isn't completely gone, but it's much much better.
I'm gonna take it slow and will only play once or twice a week for awhile, instead of 3 or 4 times ;-)
I had my car packed and left straight from the tennis courts and drove to Mississippi to take care of this sweet boy who had the flu :-( He turned two in October. What a fun age! So smart. Even sick, he was a JOY!
My car has a big "boo boo". Someone hit it when our daughter was driving to work. She always drives my car whenever I am in town, so I can have her car with the car seat . Praise God, she was not injured. Cars can be repaired/replaced. George came the next day to take care of all the necessary "stuff" involved with estimates, insurance, etc. Luckily, the person who was charged has insurance! Another blessing.
Soooo...I'm driving a rental car.
Our weather has been really cold, but just beautiful. Some of the prettiest times here on the beach are during the months when most people never visit. It's just so beautiful, peaceful and quiet.
We've had some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, including these:
Believe it or not...and we're finding it hard to believe...they are predicting we might have some snow and/or sleet here on Tuesday. CRAZY!
Now, it's your turn. What have you been doing this past week?
Hugs from the beach,

So glad Daven is doing better. It's awful to see them sick. I'm just loving this age. We have so much fun with Alaina too.
Glad your car will be able to be fixed. My nephews car was totaled a few weeks ago and the other driver (who was at fault) had no insurance. What a pain!
Your pictures are gorgeous!
I missed you! But, glad to see you here, and so thankful Bree wasn't injured.
xoxo
That precious Daven could not look more like his, "GrandKat."
We're expecting, "historic," snow/sleet/freezing rain in Fairhope also. I'll be afraid to get out for fear my car would end up like yours!
Stay warm.
Sue
Your little grandson is just adorable! So glad your daughter wasn't hurt in the accident, but your poor car.
So much to be thankful for! Enjoy your possible snow!
So glad the accident wasn't too serious. Hope things get fixed okay. Your grandbaby is too cute.
NO NO WAY!!!!!!!! Snow on that beautiful beach???
So glad your daughter was not injured....it looked AWFUL!
That little guy is soooooo cute! Isn't that the cutest age???
I don't care what time of year or where in the world it may be, the BEACH is ALWAYS a Beautiful place!!! So thankful your girl is okay - scary accident! I've been cleaning my office! It was a huge job but I look in there now and take big deep breaths, I am so glad it is finally Clean!! Bless you!
We've been having some crazy weather too. No school yesterday or today and a two hour delay tomorrow. The wind chills have been -30 to -40. We still have plenty of snow. We are also getting ready for Haley's baptism on Saturday. Glad Daven is better and Bree is okay. That had to be a scary call to get. Be careful with your elbow. I'm easing back into execise with my foot, so I know how it goes.
