I thought my eye problems were over, but once I stopped the medication (when I was supposed to) my "issues" are back. Very red, itchy, watery yet dry feeling eyes. Can't wear my contacts. Again. Darn! So instead of leaving for Nashville this morning, I had to call and get an appointment with my eye doctor and the first appointment available is at 4:30 this afternoon. Nothing is ever easy!
I'm bummed over the eye problem, but even more bummed since I thought I was going to be at our son's house tonight. I can't wait to see the grandchildren.
I was also looking forward to the road trip and getting to see the leaves changing.
Maybe in a few days....... sigh

It is scary having eye problems. I am such a visual type person, that I am upset when things are right. Hopefully, another rx will have you on the road to see those grandbabies.
So sorry Kat....hope you get some new drops etc. to take care of the problem. I have eye allergies so know what you are going through. Enjoy your trip!

Sorry! Hope you eye is better soon! When something causes my plans to change I always think that for some reason God has had a hand in my delay! I am sure you will be in Nashville soon! Do you happen to pass by Huntsville, Al on your way. That is where I am!

You are pretty calm about the whole thing. I think my expletives would be a little stronger than darn. Hope the doctor can get you on the road to quick recovery. You some grandkids that are waiting to see you and vice versa.
What a bummer.....I have had a similar problem where my right eye just pours water...It happens twice a year....no rythme or reason....and drives me crazy....just the right eye....Hope your problem is resolved soon...
You're having your eyes problems and I'm having my tooth problems. I just hate when my body doesn't cooperate with my schedule.
It has been a long time since I visited your blog and ironically I am having eye issues. Started with what my Dr said was pink eye. Had horrible side effects from the antibiotic. Could not get resolution from my Dr so went to an my old eye doctor on my own. Yes, cash paid for this one and had my eyes checked out. He said no infection, but inflammation and something else, and not sure why this happens to some but it does and takes time to go away. Steroids and moisturizer drops every day and see him in 2 weeks, now. Was doing ok yesterday, but woke with terrible pain in both eyes. Drops made it worse. Do not know what to do. Sneezing and runny nose this morning like crazy. I hope you got all well as this is not fun.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope you are back in your contact lenses once again and your eyes are fine. I am still struggling with my eye problems and hope it will clear up soon. Update is that my eye Dr said it may take weeks and not just two weeks. I was not happy, but look forward to it being gone. Lots of drops and no infection. At this point so glad I wear glasses.
